Hair Shirt and Cover

Jody Pinto created this work in collaboration with the Fabric Workshop in Philadelphia. Conceived as a visual pun on shirts worn by penitents and ascetics typically woven from goat’s hair, it responds to Pinto’s drawings that connect body parts and hair to landscapes.
