Coffeepot

Peter David

American, 1707 - 1755

Peter David's coffeepot, made for the Logan family, is unique among known Philadelphia examples and illustrates the effects of his apprenticeship and training with Peter Quintard (1699-1762) of New York, where the "lighthouse" coffeepot form was popular.
