The Philadelphia Museum of Art d/b/a The Philadelphia Art Museum (“the Museum”) is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of its website, www.visitpham.org, for all people with disabilities. The Museum will be implementing over time the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA (WCAG 2.1 AA) as its web accessibility standard, which will also bring the Museum into conformance with the Section 508 Web Accessibility Standards developed by the United States Access Board.
During Your Visit
Use our color-coded map to navigate the main building.
Enjoy free Wi-Fi in the main building, the Perelman Building, and the Rodin Museum.
Personal attendants for visitors with disabilities receive free admission (one per visitor).
Service animals required for disabilities are permitted. Emotional support animals are not allowed.
Request large-print materials via email three weeks before your visit.
Free audio tours are available for blind or partially sighted visitors at any Visitor Services desk.
All floors are accessible by elevator. There is seating available throughout the museum.
There are accessible water fountains available near most restroom areas.
All restrooms are accessible and have baby-changing stations.
