Join us to celebrate Sebastian Errazuriz as the recipient of this year’s Collab Design Excellence Award.

Errazuriz twists the typical expectations of furniture, lighting, and everyday objects. Embracing humor and appropriation, his one-of-a-kind pieces often have an underlying subtext that goes beyond form and function, extending into the realms of personal narrative, political message, and cultural commentary.

You’ll meet the artist himself and be the first to view Sebastian Errazuriz: Double Take, a mid-career survey presenting 15 years of a multi-hyphenate practice that gives design a conceptual, surrealist blend.

Presented annually by the Philadelphia Art Museum and Collab, the museum’s affiliate group for modern and contemporary design, this award recognizes outstanding contributions to the field of design.
